By using Prism Exotics' services, booking a reservation, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Prism Exotics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. All vehicle rentals are subject to availability, and Prism Exotics reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion. By engaging with Prism Exotics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Eligibility and Required Documentation

To rent a vehicle from Prism Exotics, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 25 years old.

  • Driver’s License: A valid, government-issued driver’s license must be presented at the time of rental.

  • Insurance and Background Check: Proof of valid insurance coverage is required, and a background check may be conducted.

  • Additional Drivers: Any additional drivers must meet the same eligibility criteria and be listed on the rental agreement.

Failure to meet these requirements or provide the necessary documentation will result in the denial of service.

Reservation and Payment

A deposit is required to secure a reservation. The amount varies based on the vehicle and rental terms.

  • Full Payment: The total rental cost must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your reservation terms.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made via major credit cards or other approved methods. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.

Prism Exotics reserves the right to cancel reservations due to non-payment or failure to meet eligibility requirements.


Vehicle Use Restrictions

Prism Exotics vehicles are for personal, lawful use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Racing or Off-Roading: Vehicles cannot be used for racing or off-road driving.

  • Commercial Use: Subleasing or using vehicles for commercial purposes, including ridesharing or deliveries, is prohibited.

  • Illegal Activities: Vehicles must not be used for any unlawful activities.

  • Authorized Drivers Only: Only those listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Violating these terms will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, with renters held liable for damages, penalties, and additional fees.

Liability and Damage

Renter Responsibility: The renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.

  • Insurance Claims: Renters may file insurance claims but are responsible for deductibles and any uncovered damages.

  • Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when released. Any damages will be assessed, and repair costs billed to the renter.

  • Theft or Loss: Renters must report any theft or loss immediately to Prism Exotics and law enforcement.

Prism Exotics recommends purchasing additional insurance coverage for extra protection during the rental.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date may incur a fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date.

  • Modifications: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments.

Privacy Policy

Prism Exotics is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes:

  • Collecting only necessary information for processing reservations and ensuring secure transactions.

  • Not sharing personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Using encryption and other security measures to protect your data.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from Prism Exotics' services will be resolved as follows:

  • Dispute Resolution: Customers agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or other applicable legal channels.

  • Jurisdiction: By engaging with Prism Exotics, you consent to the jurisdiction of New York courts for dispute resolution.
